Wellness Class!!!!
Come join us for a wellness class with our every own Corpus Christi Health Department! Its all free just for you. Learn all the signs of diabetes & high blood pressure and what you can do to prevent it. You can also learn how to have a good healthy life for you and your family. You might be suprised how small changes can lead to a much healther life! It all happens here in our office on October 21, 2011. It will start at 6pm-7:30pm we will have heathy snacks as well! We hope to see you all there!
